Lesser Spirit of Fire. Salamander is an odd lizard, caring for very little but open flame. It need not be an inferno, a simple candlestick will suffice, but if the summoner is able to conjure flame independently, they can find favor with Salamander. Salamander, despite his great power, is a monster at heart, and not truly intelligent. As such, acts of ice or water will cause this creature to respond quickly with violence.

Salamnder is a soldier, a warrior and the 1st Lieutenant of Ifrit, Seneschal of the Infernus. His word is as good as Ifrit's itself as far as law and order and chaos in the realm of fire is concerned. He is also less inclined to the Physical world of Terra then Ifrit. His duties being the harmony and upkeep of Infernus whilst his liege lord is busy with matters of the higher spirits.

Salamander however is not an easy spirit to reach, he makes his home within the Fires of Judgement and may only be reached after a summoner has passed a test ''over flame'' A summoner must then display an ability to conjure flame to win his favour for he sees passing the test to reach him home and a symbol of flame as enough.

To form a deeper pact with Lord Salamander however requires the summoner to undertake a great quest in his name upon Terra. The same holds true for channllers who wish to be able to call upon his power upon Terra, he fights for no one unless they can prove themselves. This quest usually involves fire and flame and likely some form of violent confrontation in keeping with this minor spirits temperament.
The Queen of Ice herself, Spirit of the Cold, of Creation, though her creation is not tempered with passion or life, emotions or joy. Spirit of the Ice. She controls the polar winds and freezes anything she turns her attention to with a mere thought. She's often cool, haughty and ~demands~ proper decorum. Summoners often try to Pact with her, because those who manage are far and wide between.

Those who seek her pact are generally required to fullfill some service for her in the mortal realm. Generally in a tropical climate where she does not have much sway. Making it both difficult and taxing on the summoner as it involves ice and ice magic in areas of the world not best suited to it.

A successful pact with Shiva however is celebrated by the court and the Summoner is given an honourary position within the court with the title. "Queen's Hand" one of the greatest honours a summoner can ever achieve. Those who insult her and do not show the proper decorum and respect will find themselves frozen in ice and sent back to the mortal realm to thaw out. It will not kill them but it is a most unpleasent way to leave her realm and the way in will be barred for at least 6 month.

The Southern Cross, Icefield and Blizzana will all be barred to a summoner if the Queen of Ice and Snow banishes a person. For what Queen Shiva Decrees is obeyed by all the spirits under her power and none dare gainsay her.

The lady Siren, she is known as both the "Voice of the Ocean" and as "Sailor's Bane" The second lieutenant of Lord Leviathan, this greater spirit is known to be guardian of the birds and creatures who live both in the water and on land. She has been known to act as a guide, aiding those lost at sea to find land but also as a temptress, luring unwary sailors and travellers at sea into the water, with her song and beauty and should they remain overlong, she will make sure they never leave the oceans and her presence again, transforming them into one of the beasts of the ocean.

Or so the legends say, there are some documented incidents where she has been known to appear but they are few and far between, but Sailors claim it is because those who have seen her have not returned to speak about it, whispering that those taken by Siren are the luckiest yet at the same time most cursed of all sailors. Siren generally appears in the form of a beautiful lady, her lower half replaced by a glittering tail of multihued colours, though she is sometimes recorded as standing on two legs instead. With long blonde hair spread out to either side and carrying a sea-green harp, shaped seemingly from deep green sea water and the shells of long forgotten memories.

Patron of artists who love and revere the sea, she is not known to pact very often, the requirements generally involving some form of sacrifice. Her power though tends to be the soothing siren sound of sleep coupled with the harmful power of subsonic sound.
Greater Spirit of Mercy and Air. Slyph chooses the Espers of Terra as her chosen people, but will accept most pacts from a summoner with good intentions and a merciful heart. When summoned, one or several winged fae will come to the caster's aid, removing a small amount of HP from the enemy with air-aligned damage, and heal the caster or their party for double what was stolen. Acts of hate or cruelty will void Sylph's pact.

Sylph herself lives in the Great Skies, in a castle made of clouds that drifts back and forth upon the quiet calm air of the sky. Her fae folk live with her, the sprites of the realm whose duties lie with the clouds and weather of Terra and the realm. All are made welcome guests within her home as long as they come in peace and good cheer, a gift is also recommended for those who seek her favour. The Many Air sprites who live within the great skies also attend Sylph their Queen. Their charge is the clouds and seeing that they form well. They are capricious spirits but those who pact with Sylph earn the aid of her court in all their dealings.
The 'dragon of balance' whose sphere is the maintenance of the balance between civilization and nature; ensuring that neither grow so powerful as to wipe out the other. Taoryu's notable hatred of technology and particularly firearms has earned it a slowly growing following among the Burmecian's who prefer more traditional weapons. Taoryu frequently asks menial tasks of his summoners a few times a year, always with the goal of environmental balance in mind (cleaning up a site, weeding a field, killing off some vermin-species from an area). He is found in the Weyr his strange techno-organic city upon the slopes of Dragon Mount, as with all the great Dragon spirits just reaching his home and seeking audience is only the first part of the challenge.

He appears as a large, fierce and regal dragon, the color of fire and gold. His eyes however are said to be filled with compassion for the world he sees beyond, the secrets of balance and the ever turning forces of entrophy which would plunge the world into despair and destruction for eternity. He chafes at the single mindedness of mortals and their desire to go to the extreme and praises those who can see beyond emotion and instinct to embrace the powerful forces of Balance.
The gambling cat, Cait Sith is a blessing for some and a terror for others, he is a spirit of avarice, of fun, of rolling the dice one last time. He dwells within the casino of Lady Luck, a boistrous spirit who never has any conviction or compulsion against turning up unannounced at any gathering. Those summoners who call upon him are in for a wild time.

Without ceremony, a black cat drops onto the Summoner's head, making a great show of dusting itself off before leaping for solid ground. Though no larger than a housecat, even the most casual of observers can see that Cait Sith is no ordinary feline. For one, he stands on two legs, sauntering about as easily as any human would. Then there is the matter of his attire: with his well-worn boots, ragged red cape, and a tiny toy crown perched securely on his head, Cait Sith looks like a refugee from a comic pantomime gone horribly awry, happy smile radiating almost indescribable quantities of smugness. With a mocking bow, the little cat-man assumes position, ready to inflict his own brand of havoc on the battle.

He attacks with his vaunted slot machine, causing havoc and chaos to reign across the battle field, all the while charging for the service, any summoner has to pony up at least 100gil for a spin of the slots. The more gil offered, the more powerful a return though of course one could always loose the spin of the dice. He is favoured by Channeller and Avatar Summoners over more traditional ones, his help tends to be slightly more reliable then the wild and untamed luck of the spinning dice.

Spirit Connection - 6, Subterfuge - 8
To pact with Cait Sith one has to play a game, a gambling game for stakes that tend to be rather amusing and fun. No gil is involved but its not unusual to have to gamble to see who gets dunked in the gunge tank or has to let the other pick a new haircut for them.

An archetypal spirit that represents the doom of all sailors at sea and in the sky. It has had a place all through man's tarnished history of sailing. Watery, forlorn, forsaken, this spirit represents every legend of the doomed and damned of the sea. Appearing to some as the Doom Ship be it sailing the sea or gliding through the cloudbanks of the skies. Sometimes it appears as the captain when it comes for sailors on land, this ship swirls, broken-masted, endlessly around and around in the eternal whirlpool of The Maelstrom.

It should be noted that despite rumours to the contrary the Doom Ship and its captain are one and the same, in what ever form it happens to be currently using. Even when they are both visible, the unsettling presence of the Doom Ship with Davey Jones at the helm, they are one and the same. A tattered, broken-masted ship, holding the doomed and damned souls of sailors. The captain thereof, the forlorn Davey Jones, weeps as he sails himself around and around the eternal whirlpool of the Maelstrom, choking on seawater with every breath.

The souls that inhabit the Ship are all there until Terra spins her last, once their name is enterred in the book there is no leaving the vessel of the damned. Some scholars have likened the Doom Ship in a similar light to Doom Train, collecting those who die at sea and helping them to reach the Abyss but those passengers are allowed to pass on to their rebirth, the sailors who man the vessel are never to know the touch of the shore beneath their feet or the embracing warmth of Terra and their rebirth.

This large and solemn vehicle is said to travel the world at all times, unnoticed by most until it comes to a stop to pick up the souls of the dead to bring them to their appointed place, the great psychopomp of the underworld, carrying the newly dead from the world. Its sight is both a comfort and a horror, a stark reminder of mortality.

The Ghost Train makes for poor company. It has only respect for the dead, and does not deign to speak to anything at all. Those who attempt to befriend or cajole the lumbering titan tend to be run over, even if they were not standing on the tracks a moment ago. It is said that some rare summoner has managed to pact with the train, but this was long ago. Those who have tried in recent year have lost life or limb in the attempt.

The train does have a more vocal aspect, the Conductor. The Conductor is a manifestation of the train's conciousness, belonging to the ghost train's domain(Who in turn belongs in Hade's domain). He appears as a sharply dressed man in a train conductor's uniform, quite wraithlike, but fully formed of hand and feet and pale white semi-translucent face. He is a bit sharp, but is approachable and can be talked with, even by the living. He warns living away from the train and welcomes the dead aboard, tracking who enters and issuing tickets to all who board, a ticket to their final destination.

The living who board the train will be issued with a ticket for the price of 450gil and they should be wary that it is a ticket that permits their return to the world of the living. Should the conductor give them the wrong ticket they will find themselves at their final destination with no hope of returning to the world of the living For every soul has a destination, should the conductor issue their final ticket when boarding the train they have but one chance to change it and make the Conductor aware of their intent to return to life.

There are also some spirits who reside aboard the Doomtrain, through some unknown agreement with the train they travel with it, watching the living world through the windows of the carriages. Silent and quiet for the most part, lost in the contemplations of their own life. They can be approached and if one is deferential and polite they might agree to share wisdom and knowledge with the living for a price.
A Greater Spirit of Earth, Titan cares not for the acts of 'civilized' behavior. Rude, blunt, and quite to the point. Titan doesn't care for those that choose brain over brawn, or fear over courage. Good or evil, Titan doesn't care, but meek will not do. He will not pact with those that choose technology or city-life over the wild, and has quite a fondness for Espers, Monsters, and Druids. When Summoned, he is fiercely loyal to his pacters and offers no tarry to the enemy as he rips the land out from underneath them, and drops the bedrock squarely upon their head.

He should never be mistaken as stupid though, or slow witted, behind that bluff, no-nonsense exterior, behind those uncivilised eyes lies a quick mind, a sharp wit and a keen intelligence. Master of earth, of all things Nature related and lord over the governance of the tectonic plates of Terra, Earthquakes and Volcanos. It is not unusual for Druids, engineers and architects to seek out his wisdom and guidance when planning a great building project or tending to nature.

The Greater Spirit of Punishment and Penance, the Tonberry King is perhaps one of the most feared Spirits of all, for he offers no respite to any, be you mortal, Esper, or Greater Spirit. He wanders the planes of existence, ensuring that all kharmic debt is fulfilled in one form or another. He will not obey any summon unless the person themselves have devoted themselves to the same ideal of kharma, and harm only when to punish or protect.

Finding him to make pact is one of the trickiest and most dangerous things. First one has to track him down inside the catacombs with a check of '''Insight+Survival+Channeling '''

Once he has been found the summoner must state his intention to pact him and survive a meeting with the Knife. If survived the King of Tonberry's will consent to a pact, if it is failed... well then Kharma has spoken and finally caught up with them.

When summoned, the Tonberry King will approach the enemy, and drive his knife into their heart. Depending on the number of people or things this person has killed or harmed, depends on the damage done by the knife. Those that live a life of peace and saintly behavior will be completely unharmed by the attack, for they dont apply to Everyone's Grudge. It is said the Tonberry King walks the catacombs leaving them at set points to approach those whose Kharma is in balance, for it is not always darkness that needs righting. He could as easily stab a murderer as an innocent child for Kharma swings both ways though death only finds those whose Kharma is dark, those whose Kharma shines like a lantern in the night are often rewarded by his unseen visits.
It is from her followers that the greatest White Mages rise, it is said of all the white aligned spirits she is the leader, pioneering the way forward thanks to the ever changing flow of her water based nature.
A beautiful human-like nymph, sometimes perceived as having more aquatic features. She is seldom far from the springs that she tends to, and her manner is kind and gentle, like a nurse. Angering her is difficult to do, and few would ever wish to try; truly, she is a spirit with a kind heart.
The greater spirit of Sound, associated with the element of Air she is a great raptor whose wing span can shadow a village if she flies over it. The guardian of the Great Skies, charged by the Emperor of the Wind Pandemona himself to guard, protect and keep the peace of his vast realm.

She is a kindly spirit, though fierce when it comes to protecting the denizens and visitors to the Great Skies never hesitating to unleash the full force of her sonic wind to banish those who bring violence to the Great Skies. Valefor can usually be found by following the sound of her voice, flying her eternal circuit through the cloud strewn skies of the great realm of air, her voice lifted in song, from high cascading arias to jolly uplifting tavern songs to deep mournful airs of forgotten times and long lost memories.

===History of Valefor===
In the dawn of Terra, when Pandemona tamed the 4 winds it is said that Valefor was a minor spirit of air. With humanoid form and the most enchanting voice ever heard. Valefor sacrificed herself to keep the wild West wind distracted, in the final stages of shaping the Urn of Winds the great West Wind became aware of what Pandemona attempted. In a great rage the West Wind attacked the workshop where Pandemona worked but it paused, a single female spirit sat on a rock outside and when the wind surrounded her in rage and fire she raised her voice and started to sing.

An enchanting song, catching the west wind off guard and holding it, spell bound by the beauty of that song the West Wind paused, held sway and let the sighing of its being join that endless haunting melody. Three days she held the west wind, three days their song was heard, three days the young spirit sang until as the sun was setting on the final day Pandemona stood up and with the Urn of Winds, tamed the skies of Terra and the might of the 4 winds now called to him.

Valefor however was spent, her exhausted form falling forwards as her being started to ebb away, three days of un-ending song. But her passing was not to be, the Emperor of the Wind and his new servants the four winds reached out, their power combining to give her life, over sound she was set the great winged raptor Valefor.
Greater Spirit of Technology, guardian of the Lost City and the spirit charged with watching the world and the state of technology as well as safeguarding all that which came before so it is not forgotten or lost. Everything that has been and is lost can be found in her realm, where she walks the streets and gardens. Ray herself is a stoic guardian of her realm, she is aloof and watches over the realm from above. The steel bulwarks of her city butt up against the divine walls of Alexander and the darkness of the Abyss.

She is not known to speak often with those few mortals who find themselves drawn to or visit her realm. Those who impress her through great restraint and sense when dealing with technology or whose poignant search for that which is Lost draw her attention may find themselves invited within the great glass and steel tower at the centre of the city, where she may meet them in the guise of a blonde haired lady, she is normally called "Sister Ray" when she appears in this form.

Her greatest law however is that the technology and secrets of her city realm do not leave its walls, she is well aware of the dangers she safeguards, those attempting to copy or take the technology of the Lost City will bring down her wrath and may find themselves on a fast track ticket to the Abyss or trapped forever within the city, so the knowledge they have gained may never leave. For that which has been Lost must only be rediscovered by mortals, when the time is correct, though she is not adverse to offering advice and perhaps a glimpse of the marvels that can be, though the how and why are always left to the mortal to imagine.
The 'Old Man on the Mountain'. Ramuh is typically a wizened old man and very slow to anger. When he does get riled, he calls forth Judgement from the heavens in the form of giant lightning-strikes. He is usually to be found within the Great Akashic Library, that stands atop the highest hill on the Thunderplains. It can be accessed by scholars from the relative safety of the mortal realm. But for those seeking more then a pact, for those seeking his counsel and aid it is best to approach from the Thunderplains; as a sign that you will suffer any hindrance in the persuit of knowledge.

Ramuh can be found studying or browsing the shelves but this is not guranteed. His opinion of people who interupt his studies for frivalous or ill thought out reason's is not favourable. When he is not within the library he is to be found out walking the paths of the world, dispensing wisdom to those he meets, disguised in the guise of an elderly scholar.

He is usually willing to pact with nearly any mortal though his test changes with each encounter. Sometimes he may wish to debate history, other times botany, he may wish to be shown a memory or given knowledge. A kind and benevelent and wise spirit though ones situation must truly be dire before they seek him out for advice though he is always prepared to offer wise council to a cause that truly requires his knowledge.
The Thunder Bird, the master of lightning and Seneschal to the storm under Ramuh. This great spirit is a master of lightning, a warrior and fierce protector of his lords realm. With Ramauh so often away it falls to this great spirit to run, care for and maintain the realm and to deal with those summoners who seek greater knowledge of Lightning. In apperance Quetzalcoatl appears either as a great winged raptor, of a sinous Wutaiin style dragon, with scales and fathers of beige, purples and shades of dark green. He is an impatient spirit who has little time for flowery talk, chit-chat or people who do not get straight to the point.

For an audience with the great lord of Lightning a summoner must have first weathered the storm and have Archetype-Summon of 10, only then will he concede to see them. A summoner seeking his favour and pact must be prepared to pass several tests and trials, tailored to their skills so he can test them and judge if they are worthy of his attention. Many a summoner has set out to seek the Lightning Bird but few return, for to whether the depths of the Storm, to survive the lightning is truly a fear of heroism and bravery that few can hope to do. Someone seeking a major pact with him will also be invariably asked to take on some form of mantle or duty of lightning and the power of the storm, bringing this power with them to their home, a pocket of the wisdom and power of Ramuh made manifest within them within the mortal realm.

Master of the Wind, Lord of the 4, Emperor of the Sky, Pandemona is the greater spirit of Air, residing over his realm the Great Skies from his sanctuary and the Palace of Winds at the centre of the Great Hurricane. From his home Pandemona watches over the 4 winds of Terra and all those creatures and beings who fly or leave the earth to ride the winds fall under his watchful gaze.

A quiet spirit who does not like uproar or disturbance, serene and calm and slow to anger though when his anger is raised it is a sight that even the hardiest of spirits fear. His apperance changes, depending on who is viewing him or which of the 4 winds is currently in attendance to his person: Always though he is seen carrying a great clay urn, with 4 faces carved into the sides. The Urn of the Winds with which he controls and is master of the mighty winds of Terra.

Lord Pandemona will greet any Summoner who makes it to his Palace, from his throne with decorum and dignity and as much adherance to Etiquette as one may find in Queen Shiva's Court. A successful check of '''Intelligence+Politics+Channeling/Spirit Connection''' with 7 successes is required to correctly greet the Emperor of the Sky. Once the formal greeting is over with however Pandemona will invite a summoner to join him in a less formal setting to talk.

To earn his personal favour and a pact a Summoner is usually given a quest involving one of the 4 winds. If successful on this quest the summoner gains Pandemonas pact though for a deeper, stronger pact one must be ready to take on deeper, more difficult quests.
The spirit of rebirth and reincarnation, those whose faith proclaims the tenents of reincarnation often revere Phoenix in some form or other. They are often depicted as a great fire bird rising from the ashes and this is often the form she will appear in when approached by a summoner, a great raptor of bright orange, red and yellow flame. Her wisdom always comes with a price, for nothing is given that is not paid in full and often the price asked can be quite high, though her advice and aid is always truthful and spot on.

Phoenix dwells within the realm of the ash forest, where life and death continue on in the endless cycle or rebirth, life and death, with new life rising from the still warm ashes of that which burnt before. It is said that the wisdom of phoenix is tied to that of Andromeda, for all lives, past, present and future can be read within the souls of those who turn upon the wheel of rebirth and Phoenix it is said is the master of viewing the fates of the people who attend their words.
The spirit of War, and Death has also been described as part of his portfolio and sometimes he is claimed as being the Lord of the Human Spirits. He is a warrior, in fact it is said he is the ultimate warrior, the first, the power and the key behind weapons and the ever flowing spirit of war. To summon Odin is to end a battle for the sweep of the Zantekzuken cannot be deflected, it cannot be dodged and it will end a battle that is in process, but only the master summoner can call upon the Lord of Battle to wield his sword for them. The Gungir lance whilst no less deadly will not end a battle as finally as the mighty sword of Odin but it is the more commonly seen attack, for those summoners who have been lucky enough to earn his minor pact he will send forth the Gungir Lance to smite their foes.

Lord Odin dwells within the realm of Valhalla, he is recognized as the commander of all the warrior spirits who dwell within his realm and the great keep. It is to him that Madeen, Gilgamesh and Cecil Harvey turn when there is need. To pact him one truly need only throw themselves into the battle of Valhalla valiantly, sometimes he may request they face a challenger in battle or seek out a specific monster or person on Terra and face them to earn his pact and favour.
Patron monarch of the fae creatures known as Moogles and Mogs. He can be a hard spirit to win over if you happen to be of different breeding. This spirit can be as annoying, if not more so, than it is helpful for it embodies all of the personality quirks inherent in his physical children. All Moogles worship and revere him, it is fact to them that he is the father of their race, the leader, the warrior and if he should deign to speak a command to his wayward, wild children they will obey it with the same enthusiasm and energy they would dedicate to anything else.

Mog is a shining example of his brethern, but unlike most Moogles, he moves with an otherworldy rhythm, the beat he dances to is continous, each movement, step and sway is made to the tune that only he and the rare few moogles blessed by him can hear. It is said to be the beat of the Universe, the never ceasing music of creation flowing through him and his choosen Oracles. He dwells within the Hall of Mog in the City of Alexander, a place where the souls of Moogles and Mogs awaiting reincarnation gather to wait their turn to be sent back to Terra by their lord, for it is said that once a child of Mog your soul is forever marked as his and those rare souls who are blessed or cursed with Moogle shape during their life will upon their passing discover they have become one of the largest and most caring families that exist, a moogle is never alone.

Mog himself when not in the Hall of Mog can usually be found in the company of his lord Famfrit, both as protector, advisor and aid to the golem spirit of Revolution. Mog loves technology, loves engineering and adores nature, aspects that are seen reflected in his children to a lesser or greater extent. Though most notice after meeting the pair that Famfrit keeps Mog close at hand so as to be able to temper his enthusiasm for running off and getting into mischief. For it is well known that Mog is a creature who enjoys mischief, partying and generally having fun when there are no forces of darkness to smite.

Those times when Mog is not in the company of Famfrit are when he walks abroad amongst the mortals, watching, listening, advising his children either openly or in secret, he cares deeply for those who carry his curse and his blessing. They are his family, his children and he will do anything he can to aid their research, endeavours and dreams to bear fruit and come to be.
A minor spirit under Diabolos who dwells within the lonely library upon the plain of the void, Mephistopheles is a keeper of dark secrets, the kind that knowing always have a price attached to. Granted, the knowledge you gain from him will be more than a just a silly clue. 10% of your own blood must be spilt to call upon this spirit, who will then offer you know-how for your current task, at the cost of something he wants of yours. Knowlege is Power, yet Ignorance is Bliss. Are you willing to give up that which is most dear to you, simply to know the truth? Then this Spirit of true Sages and Scholars is for you.

If you do pay the cost Mephistopheles will answer your question in a plain, straight forwards manner. But you must always watch his words, for he will try to mislead you, even as he tells you the truth. It is also said one can approach Mephistopheles in the Akashic Library, for those who cannot make the ardous journey to the void this is seen as a safer option, one must search for the Dark Mirror and sacrifice something of true and potent worth to your person to activate the mirror and pay the blood cost for your answer as normal.

Mateus is the Greater Spirit of Law. Also named the Corrupt Empress, she is known for putting the law well above morality, and any in leadership and command are infallible in her ideals. She was once numbered amongst the Lucavi, but like Exodus, Famfrit and Andrammalech she renounced her former place and power and accepted a position in the court of the Spirit Realm under the auspice of Morkaleb who is Judgement. It is said that no great power swayed her, no burgoing race of beings offered ideals changed her mind, but the simple fact that imprisoned as she was, she could not oversee the law. To her mind being unable to watch, judge and give sentence on the beings of the world was unacceptable so with humility that did not come easily she petitioned the great dragon of Justice who agreed to take her under his watchful control.

She will pact only with law-enforcers and leaders, or any that know their place in society, and will only come when summoned if it is to quell lawbreakers. She is honoured by the Judges, those enforcers of the law who have sworn to make sure the laws of old are not forgotten. Her temples are austre places dedicated to her reverance with none of the thrills one finds in other temples and it is said the Judges themselves revere her for it is through her and her master Morkaleb that the ancient laws first came to Terra.

The law for her comes before everything, not the spirit of the law, not justice, but obedience to the law, making sure that it is upheld and recognized is the most important aspect of the world in her mind. Many people find it confusing when it is pointed out to them that this austre mistress of the Law is the patron of Humanity, considering the wild, curious, romantic and unpredictable nature of Humans it seems peculiar that she has chosen them for her patronage. But it is said she has choosen them for reasons of Law and Logic that are hers and hers alone to understand.
The lord of Life, Master of Water, Monarch of the Sea, this mighty spirit is the greater spirit of water is the master of all the others. It is said that all life on Terra came from the water and that all life and all water comes from Leviathan. Mythology is rife with accounts detailing his appearances throughout time, both benevolent and full of terror, it is his duty to care for the oceans and sea life of the world and it is even rumoured that the SandSea itself falls under his jurisdiction.

He is a spirit whose temperment is as fluid as the oceans over which he claims dominion. From calm, caring to involatile anger. He has been known to flatten entire cities beneath the roaring wave of his anger, or restore life to a dying child. He dwells within the Deep Blue, his realm of underwater mysteries and deep dark depths and creatures of the abyss. His home is the great coral palace, a spherical structure made up from living coral, one of the great marvels of any world, carried through the depths of the Deep Blue upon the great ocean currents.

It is no easy feat to reach, a summoner trying to reach Leviathans's home must first descend to the level of the oceans where the darkenss of the sea-bed mingles with the last remnants of the light from above. In this watery world of twilight the currents are strong, stronger then any mortal ocean, the traveller must first make sure they are riding the correct the correct current.
